The Mobile News Awards takes place in the Grand Ballroom, one of London’s largest ballrooms.The Mobile News Awards has been held at the London Hilton on Park Lane  since 1996 (with the exception of 2021 during lockdown and 2023 and 2023 due to the hotel being refurbished)

Dinner is preceded by the drinks reception in the The Wellington Ballroom on the first floor offering stunning views over Park Lane and Hyde Park. The room features floor-to-ceiling illuminated by spectacular chandeliers at night. , creating a sophisticated ambiance.
